- Joshua D Added July 13, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Purchased a Hoover Heritage Cordless vacuum from this store. After a few months the power head stopped working. They swapped it for another one which they assured me was a good quality vacuum. Here we are 12 months later and again the same problem, called the store to try and get either a replacement or refund, but the rude girl who works at this store was no help and would not let me swap it or get a refund even though my product still has a year of warranty left. She also had the cheek to tell me i can buy another one. Very poor and unprofessional customer service from this young lady and i would not recommend shopping at this store.
